3. Service Categories

We provide planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance services for custom software projects tailored to your requirements.

3.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides, tutorials, and instructional content designed to help you implement best practices in software creation and project management.

3.3 Goods

We supply physical merchandise, including branded apparel and accessories, shipped to your address.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are described in proposals, service agreements, or product pages. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the applicable order or invoice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to each service category:

5.1 Business Software Development Services

Rescheduling: You may request to postpone a scheduled service by notifying us at least 7 calendar days in advance. We will accommodate a new date based on resource availability.

Refunds: If you cancel a service 7 or more days before the start date, we will issue a refund of any prepayment within 14 days using the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start are non-refundable due to resource commitment and planning.

5.2 Information Products

Access to digital guides and tutorials is provided immediately upon purchase. All sales of information products are final and non-refundable once access credentials or download links are delivered, because digital content cannot be reclaimed.

5.3 Goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery. After inspection, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 10 days. You may request an exchange for undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery; you are responsible for shipping costs in that case.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, code, designs, and documentation created by Devorion remain our property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service or product. We are not liable for indirect or incidental consequences arising from use of our services or goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments

We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version at devorion.digital. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
